Service Agreement Terms

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Service Scope

   • The services provided are as per the agreed scope mentioned in the service description.

   • Any additional services requested outside the scope may incur extra charges.
      

2. Payment Terms

   • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

   • Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods].

   • Late payments will incur a fee of AUD$ 100 after 15 days past the due date.
      

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

   • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

   • A cancellation fee of AUD$ 100 will apply if notice is not given in time.

   • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum notice of 2 days before the appointment time.
      

4. Liability

   • We are not liable for damages or injuries caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, weather conditions, etc.).

   • The client agrees to provide a safe environment for the work to be carried out and to inform the service provider of any potential risks or hazards.
      

5. Access to Property

   • The client must provide necessary access to the property or workspace for the service team to perform the requested work.

   • Any delay in access may result in a delay in service completion.
      

6. Quality Guarantee

   • Our services come with a satisfaction guarantee; if you are not happy with the result, we will reattempt the service free of charge within 7 days.

   • If you are still not satisfied, we may offer a partial refund based on the circumstances.
      

7. Privacy Policy

   • Your personal information is kept confidential and will only be used for processing the service request.

   • We do not share or sell any of your data to third parties unless required by law.
      

8. Force Majeure

   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel scheduled services without penalty.
      

9. Intellectual Property

   • Any photographs or content taken during the service (e.g., before-and-after images) may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
      

10. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Local Court or District Court in New South Wales.
       

11. Amendments

    • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client and will take effect immediately after being posted.
       

12. Acknowledgement

    • By signing below or submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
