Our Steam Cleaning Process
Pre-Vacuuming
Where required, carpets are thoroughly pre-vacuumed to remove dry debris and prepare for treatment.
Pre-Treatment
A professional-grade, broad-spectrum stain remover is applied to all carpeted areas, with particular attention to high-traffic and stained areas. At this stage, sanitisers or additional treatments can also be applied as needed. The solution is allowed time to penetrate and break down soiling and stains.
Steam Cleaning & Extraction
The carpet is then steam cleaned, where high-temperature steam sanitises and rinses out embedded dirt, residue, and the stain treatment. Everything is immediately extracted back into the recovery tank, leaving no residue behind.
Targeted Stain Removal
After the initial clean, any remaining problematic stains are reassessed and treated again, this time using more specific, targeted stain removers where needed.
The Result?
Carpets are now clean, sanitised, fresh and only slightly damp, with a typical drying time of 1–2 hours, depending on the wool content.
